The second floor features French doors that open to a den/bedroom, where a queen-sized Murphy bed with a sofa allows guests to use this space as either a second living room or a private bedroom. The third bedroom boasts a king bed with views of Brookline Village, along with a full bath and a private deck, all located on the second floor. Coin-operated laundry is available on the ground floor of the building. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot available with the apartment for $15 per night, and it must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
