This sunny two-bedroom apartment features a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The front bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room chaise can be converted into a single bed, accommodating up to five guests. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee for special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building for $15 per night, on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved ahead of time. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. The neighborhood boasts several restaurants and coffee shops right around the condo. You’re just a twelve-minute walk to Coolidge Corner and about eight minutes from Brookline Village, where you can enjoy the convenience of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Stop and Shop, as well as many great restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Our dedicated team provides personalized, responsive guest services and values your privacy through self check-in and check-out. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions will be sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
