This space is great for families or groups traveling together. This apartment features tiled floors, marble bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a wine fridge. The bathrooms include smart toilets and rain showers. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, along with two other good-sized bedrooms. The living room offers a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests, and the in-unit laundry makes this the ideal place to call home during your stay in our beautiful city. You will love the abundance of light, sun, and magnificent views of the Boston skyline and sunsets. This is a very spacious apartment in a three-story building. Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged.
