The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-floor building, with high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops and ample wooden cabinetry. The bedroom features a pillow-top queen-sized bed, while the oversized living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, desk, dining table, and large flatscreen TV. Coin-operated laundry is located on the lower level. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. The apartment is in an older building and the elevator is small. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days before arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. The living room includes a desk, providing a convenient space for work-from-home needs.
