Relax in this sun-filled corner unit on the fourth floor of a professionally managed building. This unit features an elevator and an outdoor pool. The spacious corner unit offers all the conveniences of home. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation has been confirmed, a contract will be emailed for you to review and sign. The contract will outline the basic house rules. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
