Enjoy a large flat-screen TV and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living, along with 24/7 video security guard monitoring for peace of mind. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A contract outlining basic house rules will be emailed after reservation confirmation.
