In-unit laundry ensures hassle-free living, and 24/7 video security guard monitoring provides peace of mind. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to enhance its historic Boston elegance, which may result in some updates taking place throughout the building and on the exterior.
