Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $25 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. A 'Meet and Greet' can be arranged with our team based on request and availability. Criminal background checks are required for all guests over 18 years old. For stays extending beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation. Renovations are ongoing to elevate the units to an upscale, luxury standard, with updates taking place throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic Boston elegance.
