This room is on the lower level of the home with a full ground level window and a closet The house is huge with many shared common areas including a large kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. Your bathroom would be shared with just one other person. All utilities are included - electric, heat, water, internet. You would have a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. This is a temporary rental with a security deposit of one month's rent required. ($700/month or $170/week) The property is listed for sale so once a sale is made you will be given a minimum of 45 days notice to vacate. Please be aware that cats live in the house (they're not allowed in the lower level or your bedroom.) You must pass a background check and NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
