Family Housing offers unfurnished one bedroom (371 sqft)apartments for rent to eligible UMass affiliated student families in North Village. Students who are affiliated with the University of Massachusetts and are married, in a civil union and/or have legal custody of at least one dependent living with them full-time are eligible to live in Family Housing. Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom unit is 3 people, including minors. Currently, our one bedroom apartments rent for an affordable $839.00/month. All utilities included!
