Conveniently located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, just steps from the cultural and historic district of Amherst, it is only a mile walk/bike away from UMASS, 3 mins. walk to free PVTA bus stop, and 5 minutes walk from the town center (restaurants, bookstore, weekend farmers market, CVS, banks, entertainment, etc).
Each room is furnished: bed, desk, chair, lamp, clothing storage. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. There are hardwood floors in the bedroom and hallway, and linoleum in kitchen and bathroom. There are kitchen supplies: dishes and pots and cutlery, as well as kitchen table and chairs.
There is NO SMOKING in this apartment or on the property. Because it is a quiet house, the tenants entertain elsewhere.
The rent is $2200 monthly — price includes water, hot water, snow, and trash removal. Tenants pay for oil heat, electricity, and internet cost.
