Through extensive training and hands-on experience, she honed her skills and, in 2007, took on a leadership role, managing 75 to 100 properties at a time.
By the fall of 2011, Maria ventured out on her own with a partner, successfully building a client base of over 100 units. After her partner’s retirement in 2018, Maria became the sole owner of the company. In 2023, she took on the role of Broker and rebranded the company as Prime Resource Realty & Property Management.
With 30 years in the real estate industry, Maria has established herself as a premier property manager and exceptional realtor, dedicated to providing top-notch service to her clients and making a positive impact in the community.
