It includes satellite TV, Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, and air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with one other person. NO smoking, NO vaping, NO MJ, and NO other drug use tolerated. Excellent credit/background check and references required (not flexible about that), a refundable $630 security deposit, a monthly rent of $630 paid in advance, less than a 45% Debt to Income Ratio, 3 month proof of legal income of $2,700+/month is required.
