Minutes from 495-Beltway and newly developed downtown Silver Spring. 1.5 mi to the Metro (Takoma), the bus stop is just up the block. Walking to the Takoma metro only takes 30 minutes, and hopping on the bus will get you there in about 10 minutes. Great location! Tenant pays all utilities except trash. Window unit Air Conditioner is provided free of charge. There are coin-operated laundry facilities available in the lower level of the building. Extra storage is available free of charge.
