Credit score of 625 or higher, income of $64,000 / year - can be between two residents with acceptable credit. Good rental history a must. No bankruptcies, clean criminal record. Four people MAX. Application processing fee for each adult; we run credit and background checks on all adults. Assigned parking is $60/month/space. In summer, an A/C fee of $350/window unit is charged to defray the overage on electric bills for the window units.
