Potential tenants must submit the following: Application, landlord reference form, employment verification form, copy of government issued photo ID or Drivers License, and 3 recent pay stubs. All paperwork is attached in document section. 600 minimum credit score required. Monthly income must be at least 3 x monthly rent. Once landlord receives all of the required documentation and reviews it, acceptable applicants will be given a link to use to run credit which will require $45 payment per individual. All persons living in the home over 18 will be required to have credit and background check.
