Tenant occupants may hunt in the wooded portion of the property behind the home site as per Maryland hunting regulations. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of the farmette property. Spayed/neutered indoor pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant is requested to share in a “care taker” role for the three outdoor farm cats that call the farm home. Please note that lease will contain a chemical-free land stewardship clause. Do not enter farm without your Real Estate Agent and an approved scheduled showing appointment.
