We also offer our 2 bedroom apartments for only 1 person to rent the entire apt, incase you need a 2nd room for an office, etc. Rent for 2 Students - If there are 2 students living in the 2 bedroom apt and both are paying rent, the rent ranges from $385 to $495 per person per month plus utilities depending on the apt. Rent for 3 Students - If there are 3 students living in the 3 bedroom apt and all 3 are paying rent, the rent ranges from $280 to $410 per person per month plus utilities depending on the apt.
