Additionally, it's sister site, renamed The Willows at Windsor Village, will offer 50 rentals for families 18 and over across 25 duplex buildings with private entry. The renovated apartments will feature a variety of spacious floorplans with new energy efficient appliance packages, new heating and cooling systems, and either in-unit washers and dryers or on premise facilities. Both properties will offer resident lounges, off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance and on-site management offices.
