Just for female applicants. Hi, A bedrooms is available from 3rd of February 2025 in a 3 bedroom/2bathroom house located in Berwyn Road, College Park. The room has a shared bathroom with other room which has a female occupant. The house has full amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The living room is fully furnished. It is located within 15 minutes of walk from UMD and 5 minutes walk from Lidl which gives you many options for grocery shopping. Also Lake Artimesia is within 5-10 minutes of walk. The monthly rent is 750$ and the utilities for the room is about 80$ per month. Please also pay attention that: 1- It is just for female applicants. 2- It is just for 1 occupant. 3- Pets and smoking are not allowed 4- The room is in a 3b/2b townhouse. You will rent one bedroom and share the bathroom with another female. I am living in master bedroom with my wife.
