Max of 2 pets per Household. There is a $35.00 monthly rent per pet and a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. There is a 35-pound weight limit when fully grown, and aggressive breads are prohibited. Such as Rottweiler, Chow, Pitbull. Doberman Pinscher, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Boerboel, Dogo Argentino, any dog that is mixed with these breeds is also prohibited. We require vet records to confirm breed and weight and current shot records.
