The unit is the 1st Floor apartment within a duplex home. (2nd Floor apartment is rented and has a seperate entrance). The unit includes hardwood floors, built-in bookshelves in living room, one true bedroom (with double closet) and an additional carpeted room (that can be used as a bedroom, office, den, etc.), 2 A/C window units, washer and dryer in the basement, storage unit in basement, covered deck off the kitchen, parking pad in rear of house, large fenced-in yard. Initial lease agreement is for 6 months, longer periods available after successful rental experience. No dogs allowed. The basic requirements for renting this property: 1. Complete application (which can be emailed to you) if I approve the initial review there’s a $35 fee for credit and criminal background check 2. Steady employment with at least 4 months of paystubs and ability to pay making 2 times the amount of rent a month. 3. No current parole or probation cases. 4. Good rental history with no evictions or judgements from previous rentals or property management companies 5. Government-issued ID (such as MD state ID or driver’s license) or US passport.
