Non-refunded pet security deposit of $250 due upon signing lease if tenant has pet(s). Renter is responsible for any damage renter, renters' company, and/or renters' pet incurs to rental property. Parking is on street and requires car to be moved during rush hour times. Rent is due on the 1st and no later than the 5th. A late fee of $65 will be applied if rent is received after the 5th.
