Third floor one bedroom apt., hardwood floors, white walls, central A/C, full kitchen with D/W, microwave, and garbage disposal, full bathroom with tub, laundry room on 4th floor of 810 St. Paul Street (no coin operation, usage included with rent), rent includes cold water, tenant pays an electric bill (everything is electric), all leases are yearly, no pets without written permission, credit background check is $20 per Tenant, credit background check determines the amount of the security deposit and whether or not a co-signer is required, security deposit is equal to 1-2 month’s rent (tenants with little or no credit history will need to pay a double security deposit), parking is available for an additional $85 per month (optional), we exterminate the apartments on the fourth Wednesday of every month to prevent any problems (no airborne sprays are used due to allergies and pets), we provide daily trash and recycles pickup on the weekdays
