In terms of location, the house is a 5 minute walk to Hampden's main 36th street, "The Avenue" which is full of restaurants, bars, clothing stores, barber shops, hair salons, vintage/antique shops, etc. There is also a "Giant" grocery store that's a couple of minutes drive away, or you can walk there if you have to. Pets: small dogs under 30lbs allowed with an additional $40 on monthly rent per dog. Max 2 dogs.
