The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors like building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No guests not in the reservation are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Late check-out will result in a $250 fee, lockouts will incur a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, with a minimum charge of $500 for the disruption.
