The location is less than 0.8 miles (3 minutes) to University of Maryland College Park West Campus, less than 2.4 miles (7 minutes) to PG Plaza Metro Station, less than 2.6 miles (7 minutes) to access interstate 495 through the New Hampshire Ave entrance. First floor has a spacious family room with a modern fireplace, a large kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. The house has a security system. The rent includes internet WiFi and trash removal each month. The rent does not include utilities such as water and electricity cost each month. Tenant is responsible to maintain the cleanness of his/her room with associated bathroom and keep the public areas clean in the house. Tenant is also responsible to take the trash and recycles out on collection day each week. Owner will maintain the lawn/grass in the yard. The house does not allow partying, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs at the property, and no loud noise is allowed between 9pm to 8AM.
