WINTER RENTAL AVAIL NOV 1ST THROUGH MAY 1, 2026 Welcome to "Atlantic View II", a fully furnished winter rental with ocean views and walking distance to Short Sands Beach!! The cottage has an open floor plan on the first level, with a fully functional eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc), stacked washer/dryer, freshly updated 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and living room with TV and views of the ocean. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen-sized bed. Two of the bedrooms also have ocean views. Parking is limited to two cars (tandem style) and this is a pet-free and smoke-and vape free property. A winter tenant is responsible for electricity (heat source) and snow removal of the two tandem style parking spots in back (the shared driveway is plowed). All other utilities are included.
