This inviting cottage is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Enjoy the use of a 2-person kayak and a children's kayak, perfect for exploring the tranquil pond. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but can be rented from our office. Dogs are considered with a $125 fee, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Outdoor amenities include a firepit and comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing evenings by the water. Nestled on a large, level lot with stairs leading to a shallow water entry, this cottage offers a peaceful waterfront experience. While there is no mooring available, a dock is provided for your enjoyment. The property is well-connected with internet access, although cable, DVD, and VCR are not available. Smoking is not permitted on the property. The water supply is from a well, and coffee is provided via a drip coffee maker. Check-in and check-out times are flexible to accommodate your schedule.
