The cottage is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Enjoy the use of a 2-person kayak and a children's kayak, perfect for exploring the pond. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the outdoor area features a gas grill and firepit, complemented by outdoor furniture for relaxing by the water. Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Nestled on the tranquil Pettengill Pond, this cottage offers a peaceful escape while still being accessible to nearby attractions. The large, level lot provides ample space for outdoor activities, and the dock offers easy access to the water for swimming or kayaking. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
