The home is heated with an oil-fired forced hot air furnace and is located in a small, private mobile home park, ten minutes from downtown Harrison or twenty minutes from either Bridgton or Norway. Rent on this property is $1,200.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, and snow removal.
