The property is equipped with internet, cable, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, fans, central A/C, and a gas grill. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available for rent at our office. This property does not allow pets and has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 people and 3 cars. Nestled in a shorefront location, Loon Lodge offers a unique setting with a camp road between the frontage and the house. Enjoy swimming off the dock or take a short walk to the beautiful association beach. The property features a nice lawn behind the house and provides parking space for up to 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. The dock is suitable for short-term tie-up only, and the lake can get rough, so tenants must never leave their boat unattended. When not in use, the boat must be on the mooring. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Please bring your own drinking and cooking water as the water source is from the lake. A coffee drip machine is available for your convenience.
