This house has beautiful skylights and lots of windows to let in a ton of natural light! This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, enough space for the whole group. The primary bedroom includes a KING sized bed. There are two other bedrooms, as well, one offers a QUEEN sized bed and the other offers two TWIN sized beds. Additional sleep space can be found in the living room as the sofa pulls out to a QUEEN. The newly remodeled kitchen has a modern feel and should have all the cooking and eating essentials your group may need during your stay. Off the kitchen is the dining area and living room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a Roku TV is available for you to login into your favorite streaming services. Make time for various board games or just relax with a puzzle or a good book when not down enjoying the beach. With a large yard, you have plenty of options! Hang out around the large fire pit under the twinkling string lights in one of the many adirondack chairs or take in the large backyard under the trees while you enjoy exploring the trickling streams located on either side of the property. When you are ready to get out on the water, the property has a private dock located in a quiet inlet right off of the big bay. Rent or launch your boat less than a mile down the road and dock it just a 2 minute walk from the back yard. You also have access to the big private sandy beach!
