This neat and well-equipped cottage features a good-sized eat-in kitchen and offers access to a shared pebbly beach just a short walk away. Enjoy the convenience of being near the local store, Jordan's Store, next to our office. The cottage includes three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, plus an additional single bed on the porch. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary needs, although there is no dishwasher available. While the cottage does not include internet, cable, or a DVD player, it is equipped with fans, electric heat, and air conditioning in the two larger bedrooms. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking, although there is no outdoor furniture or fire pit. Nestled in Ward's Cove, this cottage offers easy access to the tranquil shores of Sebago Lake. The neighborhood provides a peaceful retreat with the convenience of a nearby local store for any essentials you may need during your stay. The cottage has an occupancy limit of six and does not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The property does not have a dock or mooring available for boats.
