Feel at home in this charming three-bedroom cottage located on a quiet side street in Ward's Cove on the west shore of Sebago Lake. This neat and well-equipped cottage features a good-sized eat-in kitchen and offers access to a nearby pebbly beach and local convenience store, Jordan's Store, which is conveniently located next to our office. The cottage includes two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed, plus an additional single bed on the porch. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The cottage is equipped with fans, electric heat, and air conditioning in the two larger bedrooms. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking. There are no additional paid add-ons available for this property. Nestled in the serene setting of Ward's Cove, this cottage offers easy access to a shared pebbly beach, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the lake views. The local convenience store, Jordan's Store, is just a short distance away, providing easy access to essentials during your stay. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. The property does not allow pets and has an occupancy limit of six guests.
