This cozy two-bedroom cottage offers limited views of Big Sebago Lake from the enclosed porch and is situated on a quiet side street. Enjoy the convenience of a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach on Sebago Lake, perfect for safe swimming, and a level lot surrounding the cottage. Unwind in this inviting space, ideal for relaxing around the firepit at night. The cottage features a bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds. While linens and towels are not provided, they are available for rent at our office. The cottage is equipped with internet access, electric heaters, fans, a charcoal grill, and outdoor furniture. Please note that there is no cable, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer, or dishwasher available. A dog is considered with a $125 pet fee, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Nestled in a prime location, this cottage is just a short walk from a local convenience store and pub restaurant, making it easy to explore the local area. The Long Beach Marina nearby offers rental moorings for those interested in boating on Sebago Lake. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. The water supply is from a well, and the coffee maker is a drip type. The cottage does not have a dock suitable for tie-up, but rental moorings are available nearby at the Long Beach Marina.
