The beautiful sandy beach offers a safe, gradual entry into the water, and a swim float is shared with the neighboring Ronkoma Cottage. The property includes a fire pit for cozy evenings, while the dock is suitable for tie-up, but not for mooring boats over 15 feet. The cottage is equipped with a gas grill, microwave, cable TV, and internet access. However, please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available for rent at the office. Guests can rent linens and towels at the office. The property allows for two-day guests and two cars only. Please bring your own drinking water as the water source is lake water. Located at Sebago Lake, this cottage offers easy access to nearby amenities, including shops, restaurants, and a golf course. The convenience of a small store within walking distance adds to the appeal of this charming lakeside retreat. The cottage has an occupancy limit of five guests and does not allow pets.
