Welcome to Redoak Lodge, a beautifully remodeled and spacious two-story cottage just steps away from a shared sandy beach on Sebago Lake. This charming home features five bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. Enjoy the large living room with a cozy fireplace and a huge enclosed porch offering ample seating and stunning lake views. The property also boasts a large deck at the rear of the house, perfect for relaxing. Conveniently located within walking distance to a local convenience store, this cottage ensures you feel at home. The cottage offers a delightful space with kayaks, paddleboards, and beach chairs available for your enjoyment. The property features a nice level rear yard with a firepit, perfect for evening gatherings. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor, with two rooms featuring queen-size beds, two with double beds, and one with three twin beds, including a trundle. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available for rent at our office. Dogs are considered with a $125 pet fee. The cottage is equipped with internet, Wi-Fi, cable, DVD player, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fans, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Heating is provided by gas, and there is a gas grill available for use. Situated just one cottage back from the beach, this property provides easy access to the beautiful Sebago Lake. The area is perfect for those who love water activities and offers a mooring nearby for your convenience. Enjoy the tranquility of the lake while being close to essential amenities. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The cottage uses well water, and coffee can be made using either a drip or K-Cup machine.
