Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen features ample counter space, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It is thoughtfully stocked with cookware, utensils, and tableware. Stepping outside, the cottage offers a private patio or deck area that invites you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Equipped with outdoor furniture, it's the perfect spot for unwinding. You will gain access to the application once you have submitted the inquiry form. Application Requirements: An application fee of $41.00 is required per tenant and co-signer. Credit Score of 669 or above. If the tenant has a score below a 669 score, you must have a co-signer. Credit Authorization Release must be agreed to for us to conduct a background check. Renter must provide proof of income from the most recent months Renter must provide 3-4 references. Rental History Required. If the tenant has no rental history, you must have a co-signer If a co-signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note that this is the same process as the primary applicant. If you are accepted, each tenant must obtain renters' insurance for the duration of the rental period. *Please note that in-person showings are scheduled based on property availability*
