It is also very private and quiet; it’s on the second floor with no neighbors and set back from the road. Private entrance. The studio also features a modern sprinkler system. No pets allowed, sorry. We are very allergic. Full disclosure: This apartment was constructed for Airbnb. We prefer to find a long term renter, but the unit doesn't have much storage: no closet. If you've got a big wardrobe or 10 pairs of shoes, this is not the studio for you.
