A special coastal getaway, in the beautiful town of Ogunquit ME. Winter rental only, 3-month-day minimum, October to May 30th. Studio, is an easy half/mile walk along pretty brick sidewalks to Ogunquit's downtown, and just another 5 minutes to the gorgeous sandy beach, (1 mile to beach). Lobby is seasonal and closes for the winter around Thanksgiving time, then you will need utilize a laundry mat, there are several close by. Electricity - we pay the first $75.00, anything over that is tenant responsibility. We do have a smart meter which monitors usage. No electric space heaters or oil heaters allowed.
