A special coastal getaway, in the beautiful town of Ogunquit ME. Downtown & The Beach - Ogunquit is a quaint beach town, with beautiful scenery, including Ogunquit Beach, Foot Bridge Beach, Marginal Way (cliff walk), and Perkins Cove. Ogunquit was named one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in America in 2023, and is the home to top notch restaurants. Ogunquit is also close to the Kittery outlet stores, 20 minutes to famous Portsmouth NH, 45 minutes to Portland, and just 75 minutes to Boston. Studio, is an easy half/mile walk along pretty brick sidewalks to Ogunquit's downtown, and just another 5 minutes to the gorgeous sandy beach, (1 mile to beach). Studio is located on the second floor. Where you will sleep- Queen sized mattress The Kitchen - Here you will find upscale utensils, stainless pots, ceramic frying pans, a rice cooker, a crock pot, Brevielle Oven, and green cookware. Dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, cooking utensils, and silverware. You'll find spices, salt and pepper and coffee maker. No scrub sponges to be used on any kitchenware. There is a mini ironing board and iron. Washers and Dryers in lobby. Lobby is seasonal and closes for the winter around Thanksgiving time. The you will need utilize a laundry mat, there are several close by. Electricity - we pay the first $100.00, anything over that is tenant responsibility. We do have a smart meter which monitors usage. No electric space heaters or oil heaters allowed. Entertainment- ~ Flat screen smart TV for watching your favorite Netflix movies ~ High speed resort Wifi (fiber-optic) is perfect for those who are working during their vacation.
