Welcome to Camp Sandbar, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom shorefront home that offers ample space for everyone to enjoy a lakefront vacation. The living room features a cozy fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the serene lake, while the fully applianced kitchen ensures you have everything you need. The first floor includes a bedroom, a bath with a tub and shower, and laundry facilities, making it easy to feel at home. The second floor boasts three additional bedrooms, a full bath with a custom shower, and a bonus room equipped with a pool table, TV, and extra sleeping space, perfect for kids to hang out in the evenings. Outside, you'll find a lovely pavilion on the water side, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. A cleaning fee applies. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The property includes 4 single kayaks, a canoe, and one paddle board, but remember to bring your own life jackets. Situated on a level lot with a short retaining wall at the shore, this home features a nice sandy beach with a sandbar and open water beyond. The size of the beach varies with the lake level. The property includes a dock and mooring, and the sandbar can get busy with boat traffic, especially on weekends. The occupancy limit is 12, with a maximum of 4 cars and 4 occasional day guests. Pets are not allowed. Please adhere to the occupancy, guest, and parking limits.
