A nice, country location for someone who appreciates a quiet life. 2 miles from the main route to town, only 15 min's from Augusta. Close to the hospital. This rental just became mine through a property purchase, and it could use some fresh paint still.. if you're up for getting your DIY juices flowing, perhaps you can help me choose color's! This will not be a location for pet's, though you can perhaps share cuddles with one of my cat's. This is not a professional complex, so the tenant will need to be active in some winter shoveling of their deck, and spreading sand/salt over the path they'll walk to their car. **Note: smart meter's are not allowed on this home due to their fire hazard, and health concerns. All renter's are required to keep non-smart meter's in place. This adds a monthly fee of $20 to your electric bill. The rent is already set with this in mind.
