***6 month lease****. I have a lovely one bedroom apartment in the basement with its own entrance and parking spaces (no parking fees.) The rent includes all utilities such as, internet, cable, heat, hot water, snow removal, and electricity. Cats are welcome. In your apartment, you will find that the windows are large and you have great views of the backyard. You are welcome to use the yard and porch! The apartment has its own separate entrance. You will notice that there is a tv attached to the wall in the Livingroom; the cable and internet are ready to go! Also, all of the appliances in the kitchen are brand new.
