70 South St Apartments

The apartment is located on the second floor of an owner occupied, antique house. It is a spacious, approximately 840 square foot apartment. The apartment has: bedroom, living room and eat in kitchen. It also has its own private outside entrance. Off street parking is offered for ONE vehicle only. Others will need to park on the street, but please note that the town has a parking ban during the winter months. There are no washer/dryer facilities in the apartment, however, there is a laundry mat within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to the downtown area which includes: restaurants, library and shopping. Although we are pet friendly, we will only allow ONE dog or ONE cat with a non-refundable pet deposit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
