This two level house in the country has an open concept kitchen and dining room, and a small living room (with a fold-out futon couch). The upstairs has two connected bedrooms, each with Queen beds and a refinished bathroom. One bedroom opens directly onto the stairs, and so is not completely private. There is also a newly constructed large enclosed porch with an additional dining space. One feature to note is that the stairs to the second floor which access the bathroom and bedrooms are quite steep. Fully furnished including washer/dryer, kitchenware etc. Pets welcome, no smoking. The house is located on a private lot a mile outside the town of Freedom, Maine. It is a 25 minute drive to Belfast and 30 minute drive to Waterville and Colby College and nicely located between a forest and a field so it is quiet and private. Available from Sept 1-June 30, Shorter rental periods considered. First and last months rent and security deposit. Rent includes wifi and plowing and standby generator.
