We’ve lived in this spacious apartment ourselves for the past five years, and now it’s time to pass it on. The unit includes LG washer and dryer, large (not shared) basement for storage, and a very big fully fenced-in backyard that will be exclusively yours to enjoy. A heat pump was installed last year in the living-room, providing efficient heating and cooling. Landlords cover lawn care, snow removal, oil, water/sewer, and trash service (dumpster on site)—tenants are to cover electricity and internet. We currently use Fidium and share with the tenants next door, an agreement to continue sharing could be arranged! No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or late night noise, we have great relationships with neighbors on all sides and want to keep it that way. A security camera was installed facing the driveway for both owner and tenant security. All furniture will be removed prior to move-in.
