This inviting cottage boasts two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed, and a bath with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with double beds and a half bath. Enjoy the wonderful wraparound deck, a firepit, and access to a canoe and two kayaks (please bring your own life jackets). The cottage is equipped with a TV, internet, radio, DVD player, and window A/C units, ensuring a comfortable stay. Parking is available for up to six cars. While linens and towels are not provided, they are available for rent at our office. The property includes amenities such as internet, cable, a dishwasher, ceiling fans, heat, a propane stove, a grill, and outdoor furniture including two picnic tables with umbrellas. Situated just a short walk from the lake, the cottage offers quick access to two lake entry points: a private granite step path to the dock and a rustic dam with a sandy boat launch and beach. Additionally, a secluded state beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away, providing more opportunities for relaxation and exploration. The cottage has an occupancy limit of eight guests and adheres to a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy. Firewood is provided for the firepit. The water source is well water, tested annually. Please note that there is no washer/dryer available on the property.
