The spacious bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Situated approximately 40 minutes from the vibrant city of Portland, Maine, this cottage provides a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. In the winter, enjoy proximity to Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort, just 30 minutes away, and Sunday River Ski Resort, an hour's drive. For those who prefer snowmobiling, the ITS trail system offers endless exploration. During the summer, the generous lot provides ample space for outdoor gatherings. Spend your evenings around the fire pit, taking in the river views, or embark on a canoe adventure to Sebago or Brandy Pond/Long Lake. The cottage is also a short distance from Sebago State Park and Point Sebago golf course. Dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee. Please note that linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The cottage features a gas grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit for your enjoyment. While the cottage has internet access, it does not include cable, DVD, or VCR. Air conditioning is provided by window units, and heating is available for cooler months. Please bring your own drinking water as the water supply is from the river. This charming cottage is ideally located for both winter and summer activities.
