You enter this beautiful property with your private entrance from the street and you have a large spacious living room which is also open for a dining room and is open to the kitchen as well. The home has large windows and lets in a lot of natural light. You also have your half bath with laundry on the first floor. Going up the wide staircase you have your three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The rooms are well maintained and in good shape and the rooms are spacious to easily accommodate queen beds in two of the rooms and the master will easily handle a king bed. Attached to the master is an en suite with full bathroom. Housing is limited on the island. We are looking for long term renters that want to stay in the property longer than a year. During the busy season you can walk everywhere to restaurants, the waterfront, hospital and so much more. You must be prequalified to view the property. Pets will be considered with additional pet fees. Everything is included except: Snow Removal, Internet and trash removal. The owner will pay for heat, water, sewer and electric.
