This lil space is in the country. Trade city noise for some farm chaos! If you love animals but don't want to have to care for them, then this is your place. Very safe place. This isn't for everyone and that's okay. We have dogs. They are big and they bark when you come in. This is a great place for someone who's homesick for a lil piece of country. Apartment is quiet but livestock, not so much. We've never had a complaint. This is adequate for single human but more than that you'd have to be a minimalist. Stairs to loft/bed are steep. Sofa and recliner, dresser are all down stairs. We can add or take out furniture as needed. We've rented to contract laborers and to students both.
