Small pets may be considered and are subject o owner approval. Pet fee will be based on size, breed, and type of pet. NO large pets or restricted breeds. Base applicant qualifications: a gross income of at least 4x the monthly rent, no prior evictions and no outstanding utility collections (i.e. gas, cable, electric, water, cell phones, etc...). $50 per adult application fee. All persons 18+ MUST complete an application. Persons whose credit has been negatively impacted by federal/state declared disasters may submit a letter of explanation (max 200 words) for consideration. Please allow 7-10 business days to fully process applications. Applications received without application fee will not be processed. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
